Regardless of which service you book, every appointment with violet-frost includes a complimentary health check. Our groomers are trained to spot early signs of skin conditions, lumps, parasites, ear infections, and dental issues.

Session Duration
Full grooming sessions typically take 60-90 minutes depending on breed and coat condition. Express services are completed in approximately 30-40 minutes. We never rush your pet.
Payment
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service. For recurring bookings, we offer convenient monthly invoicing options.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service price to cover our groomer's reserved time.
Insurance and Safety
All our groomers carry full public liability insurance and are trained in pet first aid. Your pet's safety and wellbeing are our absolute priority during every session.
